New ESG report brings together our sustainability work
We have published our ESG report for 2025. The report brings together our work on environmental and social matters and responsible business practices, providing an overview of the initiatives, data and priorities that form the basis of our ongoing sustainability work.
At ErgoFloor, sustainability has been part of our business from the beginning. Our products are based on rubber recycled from end-of-life tyres, so the circular economy is an integral part of how we develop and manufacture flooring solutions. The ESG report brings this work into a more structured framework, in which documentation, transparency and data play an increasingly important role.
The report covers both ErgoFloor in Denmark and ErgoFloor Vietnam Rubber LTD., where we manufacture our own products. This gives us direct influence over production processes, energy consumption, health and safety, and social conditions in our value chain.
The environment and climate are central themes in the report. We describe our circular business model, in which discarded vehicle tyres are transformed into new, long-lasting flooring solutions. Recycled rubber accounts for a large proportion of our raw materials.
On social matters, we describe our focus on stable and fair employment conditions, health and safety, and employee well-being. In Denmark, we have a small team on permanent contracts, a low sickness absence rate of under 2%, and close dialogue between employees and management. In Vietnam, we actively work on safety, training and working conditions in production. The report shows, among other things, that no workplace accidents were recorded between 2022 and 2025.
The ESG report has been prepared using the VSME standard as its basis and marks an important step towards more systematic reporting. Our goal is to improve our documentation year by year and establish a more accurate data foundation for our ongoing initiatives.
Through the ESG report, we aim to give customers, partners and other stakeholders a comprehensive overview of our work on sustainability, documentation and responsible production.
