ErgoFloor expands with a new factory in Vietnam after outgrowing its old premises

VIETNAM / TØRRING – ErgoFloor A/S has just opened a new factory in Vietnam to provide increased capacity and improved logistics for its international customers. Located just 700 metres from the previous premises, the new factory is significantly larger and has been designed for efficient production and modern warehouse management.

“We have grown steadily in export markets, and the need for more space and better facilities has been clear for some time. The new factory allows us to further optimise our production and deliveries,” says Uffe Mølgaard, co-owner of ErgoFloor.

New premises – the same high quality

ErgoFloor has manufactured in Vietnam since 2012, and this is not the company's first expansion. This time, however, it marks a major change: the factory is three times the size of the previous one.

“We only moved 700 metres, but it has made a world of difference,” says co-owner Uffe Mølgaard with a smile. “We now have more space, a better working environment and much greater production capacity, enabling us to manufacture enough products to meet our customers' demand.”

Designed for growth

The new factory has been designed around modern logistics, efficient materials handling and flexible production. This makes it easier to handle both higher volumes and customised orders.

“When you work with recycled materials, it is not only about the product, but also the processes behind it. That is why we are proud to have a factory that meets our ambitions in both technical and environmental terms,” says co-owner Michael Moric, adding:

“We have created an environment where we can scale up without compromising quality. It is an important part of our strategy to grow internationally from our base in Tørring.”

Official opening in August

The new factory will officially open on 17 August 2025, with customers and partners invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a guided tour.

“It will be a day of celebration, but also an opportunity to show how we work and what we have achieved from our base in Tørring, now with a global reach,” concludes Uffe Mølgaard.
