Our gym flooring is a sustainable, affordable and environmentally friendly solution that is produced environmentally correctly from recycled rubber from end-of-life tires!

Flexible solutions for gyms across the world

Rubber tiles play a crucial role in vibration damping in fitness environments. Our catalog includes two standout options – the ErgoTile Quad and ErgoTile Puzzle.

The ErgoTile Quad rubber tiles are specifically designed to meet the demands for impact and sound dampening, making them ideal for modern gyms and CrossFit boxes. These tiles provide a robust, comfortable, and slip-resistant surface, ensuring both durability and safety during intense workouts. They are also a cost-effective solution for gym flooring, widely used in gyms worldwide.

ErgoTile Puzzle rubber tiles are perfect for smaller, "floor-on-floor" solutions where a continuous surface is needed due to a lack of physical boundaries. These tiles ensure that equipment remains securely in place, protecting the underlying floor from damage. The ErgoTile Puzzle tiles are also easy to handle and install, making them an excellent DIY option for setting up gym flooring.

In cases, where e.g. the neighbour or the person living in the flat below is bothered by noises and /or vibrations, are most commonly used ErgoTile Quad 1000x1000x30 or 1000x1000x43 mm rubber tiles with impact bottom.

In special cases, the ErgoTile Quad rubber tiles are combined with an underlay of ErgoPlay Impact tiles in thickness 45, 60, 75 or 90 mm to achieve additional impact sound and vibration reduction.

Surface quality range:

ErgoTile Quad rubber tiles for use as rubber flooring for fitness, CrossFit and gyms can be delivered with different surface qualities in several decorative colours/designs:

• C1(standard): provided with a surface layer made of fine-grained (1-2 mm) recycled rubber granules in a selection of decorative colours by the use of a coloured binder.

• C1X: C1 in the special version X with fine-grained (0-1 mm) granules and extra high binder percentage to achieve a closed, easy-to-clean and extremely durable surface.

• C2 (mix): provided with a surface layer made of fine-grained (1-2 mm) recycled black rubber granules mixed with coloured EPDM granules in a selection of colours and designs.

• C3 (EPDM): provided with a surface layer made of EPDM rubber granules in a selection of colours.

• C4: provided with a surface layer made of an extremely strong & durable rubber sheet made from black recycled rubber mixed with coloured EPDM in a selection of colours & designs.

Bottom design range:

ErgoTile Quad rubber flooring gym tiles can be delivered with a selection of bottom designs:

• Type A: Flat bottom (all thicknesses)
• Type B: Grooved standard bottom (20 feets per tile, groove size about 20x5 mm) available for:
  • ErgoTile Quad 500x500x20 mm rubber tiles and thicker.
  • ErgoTile Quad 1000x1000x20 mm rubber tiles and thicker.
• Type C: - Grooved lightweight bottom (49 feets per tile, groove size about 35x12 mm) for rubber tiles for the DIY market available for ErgoTile Quad 500x500x25 mm rubber tiles and thicker.
• Type D: Grooved bottom (9 feets, groove size about 25x12 mm) available for ErgoTile Quad 500x500x30 mm rubber tiles and thicker.
• Type E: Grooved medium-weight bottom, (64 feets, groove size about 12x6 mm) available for ErgoTile Quad 500x500x20 mm rubber tiles and thicker.
• Type F: X-connector bottom for joining the tiles with X-connectors (49 feets per tile, ø35 mm, + 12 feets along the edges), available for ErgoTile Quad 516x516x25 mm rubber tiles and thicker. Suitable for use on terraces etc., but not for fitness and CrossFit.
• Type J: - ErgoTile Quad Impact bottom available for:
  • ErgoTile Quad 500x500x43 mm rubber tiles and thicker (100 feets per tile with connected corner-feets, groove size about 23x23 m).
  • ErgoTile Quad 1000x1000x43 mm and thicker (361 feets per tile with connected corner-feets, groove size about 23x23 mm)
• Type K: ErgoTile Quad Impact bottom available for ErgoTile Quad 1000x1000x30 mm and thicker (361 feet per tile with connected corner feets, groove size about 24x11 mm).
• Type L: EasyConnect grooved bottom for joining the tiles with EasyConnectors (361 feets per tile, groove size about 15x6 mm) available for ErgoTile Quad 1000x1000x20 mm rubber tiles and thicker.
• Type M: EasyConnect: EasyConnect Impact bottom for joining the tiles with EasyConnectors (361 feets per tile, groove size about 24x11 mm) available for ErgoTile Quad 1000x1000x30 mm impact rubber tiles and thicker.

As accessories for ErgoTile Quad rubber tiles can be delivered rubber ramps - rubber edges in the sizes 15x80x1000 mm, 20x80x1000 mm, 25x80x1000 mm, 30x80x1000 mm & 43x250x1000 mm

As accessories for ErgoTile Quad EasyConnect 1000x1000 mm rubber tiles can be delivered side rubber ramps - rubber edges size 20x250x1000 mm, 25x250x1000 mm & 30x250x1000 mm and corner rubber ramps - corner rubber edges in size 500x500x20 mm, 500x500x25 mm & 500x500x30 mm.

ErgoTile rubber tiles - rubber floorings for fitness and crossfit are safe & non toxid with low emissions & odour:
• Passed the REACH test for SVHC’s, VOC’s & phthalates according to EN 1122 & EN ISO 14389
• Passed the EU Safety of Toys test according to EN 71-3
• Passed the Isocyanate (MDI & TDI) and VOC’s test according to EN 13130-8 & ISO 17734-1
• Excellent Anti-Slip properties with the Floor Slip Rating “R12” according to DIN 51130 and “P5” according to AS 4586 for our C1-quality
• Fire class Efl according to EN13501
• Antimicrobial treatment prevents the growth of bacterias,mold & fungus.
